Ronaldo’s Spago has grown as a family business with heart and is internationally known as a global leader in event solutions and catering with its own flight kitchens. Founded in 2005, Ronaldo’s Spago caters to the largest and most prestigious events around the world without losing the warmth of its friendly family flair. Since the launch of HQ in Dubai, RS has catered to the 20 largest events in the UAE and has expanded its global presence to more than 15 countries around the world to share its love of food and culinary experiences.

why us?
RS is known for producing fresh food on-site at major events. With a fleet of 22 flying kitchens RS, Spago has a capacity of 100,000 meals per day for private and corporate events. Spago employs 320+ permanent staff in its various offices around the world who are internationally trained and multidisciplinary in event and industrial catering. In addition, Spago owns and manages the St. Anthonys College in Kerala with 1500 students undergoing 6 months of industrial training through Spago’s international events.

RS specializes in sporting events and some of the biggest projects in the world, including Formula 1, Asian Cup, Abu Dhabi Dessert Challenge, FIFA Club World Cup, Special Olympics, World Games, Dubai Tour, FINA Swimming World Cup, Samsung Beach Soccer, Dubai Rugby Sevens, Dubai Horse Racing, Dakar Rally, etc.
Equipment
The well-equipped inventory is the largest in the Middle East and consists of built-in mobile kitchens for hot and cold food, freezer and refrigerated vehicles for transporting food, and refrigerated containers for keeping food cold. 22 flying kitchens on 40-foot trailers (simplified mobility), 33 refrigerated/freezer vehicles, 10 food trucks, and a seating capacity of 25000 (chairs, tables, sofas, cutlery, dishes, glasses, linens, etc.).
